What do you like best about Bloomerang? I love how intuitive the system is for users. Everything can be modified to work for the school/organization's needs and sending out acknowledgment letters via email to our donors and having their record automatically updated has made the process so much easier because the school does not have any development staff. The lack of keyboard shortcuts that would allow me to quickly tab through to the fields I need.
