"User friendly, affordable prices and excellent customer service/support"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? Support easy to learn, train new staff and get the help when you need it. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I have a lot of different responsibilities and it takes some time to use bloomerang to its full capacity. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? We have really increased our ability to communicate and engage with donors.

"User Friendly and Makes Your Life Easier"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang makes tracking donor and donation information so easy. It's user friendly and even the less tech-savy people on your team will be able to learn the ropes fairly quickly. Good data is essential for good fundraising. "Bloomerang is intuitive"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? I like how for the most part, all functionality is relatively intuitive, unlike other donor databases I have used. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I wish Bloomerang could format envelopes for printing, along with the letters. "Very user friendly and accessible online support but some features lacking"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? The online support through chat which has no extra charge (as opposed to phone support which has an extra fee). What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Lack of ability to do mass updates to existing data AND the lack of ability to convert to Bloomerang Payments without contacting donors to get recurring info (although apparently this has been resolved) AND lack of ability to filter by Zip Code radius (within so many miles of a Zip code). "LOVE Bloomerang!"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? For a non-tech person, it's so easy to use. Easy to learn. Phenomenal support. Questions are answered. And great fundraising training. What's NOT to like? Bloomerang has it all! What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I record manually checks received into the system. What do you like best about Bloomerang? It is a fairly basic platform to use, they offer plenty of educational offerings, and their technical support team is always very helpful. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Some of the methods for creating reports seem confusing or the filters are not as easy to find as you might think so that can be frustrating. "Best Donor Management Software Ever... and I've used a bunch."
What do you like best about Bloomerang? It's intuitive- I've trained lots of people on it with all le. New releases of features I've requested. STELLAR customer support live chat and via email.
