What do you like best about Bloomerang? Support easy to learn, train new staff and get the help when you need it. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I have a lot of different responsibilities and it takes some time to use bloomerang to its full capacity. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? "Very user friendly and accessible online support but some features lacking"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? The online support through chat which has no extra charge (as opposed to phone support which has an extra fee). What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Lack of ability to do mass updates to existing data AND the lack of ability to convert to Bloomerang Payments without contacting donors to get recurring info (although apparently this has been resolved) AND lack of ability to filter by Zip Code radius (within so many miles of a Zip code).
