Can be effective and efficient for the properly trained user
What do you like best? How adaptable the platform is. We have been able to address several questions and issues, and gained significant insight, by working directly with our ApplicantStack representative. What do you dislike? The platform is not entirely intuitive or user friendly- especially for those less tech savvy. If not introduced properly, there appear to be redundancies and inconsistencies. Easy and Intuitive
What do you like best? Posts on multiple recruitment sites saving me time. Initial email to applicants letting them know their application was received. What do you dislike? I couldn't find a closing date to enter so I didn't have to go back in and change the state/status of the posting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Less time managing the applicants that I can use on other HR functions.

ApplicantStack has helped me maximize my time.
What do you like best? ApplicantStack has helped me organize, edit, and review applicants in an efficient manner. It allows me to reduce the amount of time I spend seeking information in an applicant's file and as a result helps me to be more effective in my role as an HR Assistant. What do you dislike? I wish I could run more specialized reports, i.e. number of applicants who have been processed through each stage at any given time/year, including more specific personal information. I ...

What do you like best? The Home page to see where everyone is at in the process at a glance. What do you dislike? It is not very intuitive or nimble for such an expensive product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking candidates.
