What do you like best? Ease of navigation. Able to print out applications easily. I like the search candidates feature so I don't have to go through every job listing. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that it is user friendly even for someone that is not as computer savoy. It is also integrated into our software system which makes it even a smoother process.
