Customer service and support Very POOR

Customer service and support we should have an option for "negative star" They need to reevaluate their hired service help, and support help, better train your people and better motivate your support/service team. otherwise, i dont care how big you are , the fall is harder and faster.

Used to be great

We’ve been with Appfolio since 2014 and they aren’t keeping up with the time. Unless you’re a huge company but then they charge extra. ACH from owners & tenants used to be free but now it’s either $2.49 to the owner/tenant or $1 flat rate to the PM on our subscription. We went from paying $2/unit/mo to now over $5. When is the nickel and dime charge and rate hikes going to stop. We’re now evaluating other PMS which have open APIs and part of their based flat rate pricing model. Seriously ...

Could be improved!

This site is very user-friendly, but I would rather not be charged a transaction fee, ESPECIALLY when I pay rent with bank account information (it makes sense with a credit card)!

No search engine for homeowners!

Appfolio is the software used by our development's management company to manage all its functions. Appfolio HAS NO SEARCH ENGINE. Homeowners cannot find relevant forms. They are hidden under misleading titles on the site and require numerous clicks to retrieve. I am pressing the management company to dump Appfolio.

Solid software

Solid software. It is pricy but robust features. Good for mid to large size property managers

Best decision ever to switch to Appfolio. They really listen to their customers. Easy to use property management software.
