What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? What I love most about AppFolio is how easy it is to use and how multi faceted the platform is. I've used other PM software before, and they were archaic and didn't seem to want to update and add new features. Appfolio has many tools and features all in one place so you don't have to use multiple platforms to perform the necessary tasks.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? The best thing for me about Appfolio is its value for services provided. We looked at Yardi Breeze and Juniper Square before making the decision to go with Appfolio and it was based on what it did offer for the value. The things that are most appealing about the actual product are the versatility of access accross devices, the app for iOS, the ease of use and uncomplicated nature of the interface.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? I love the fact that I can pull up a resident even if I only have a first name, last name, email address, or phone number. It makes it so much easier to find my people when I do not have their information readily available.
