What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? The best thing for me about Appfolio is its value for services provided. We looked at Yardi Breeze and Juniper Square before making the decision to go with Appfolio and it was based on what it did offer for the value. The things that are most appealing about the actual product are the versatility of access accross devices, the app for iOS, the ease of use and uncomplicated nature of the interface.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? The Program we used to use was limited in its ability and cause much wasted time. Once we got use appfolio like it was like night and day not only did he give me my time back but also allowed me to get information I needed quickly. My boss calls me the appfolio cheerleader

Other programs I've used in the past made it so hard to navigate around, but from the first time using appfolio it's been such a positive difference. I love they take suggestions into account, and there are always new features implemented. I've used other PM software before, and they were archaic and didn't seem to want to update and add new features. Appfolio has many tools and features all in one place so you don't have to use multiple platforms to perform the necessary tasks.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? AppFolio has a great Help & Training element where you can find specific step-by-step instructions for many procedures. They are continually updating these instructions and adding more, some with videos.
