What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? AppFolio does a good job with the property management side. They are always making improvements to reduce our workload. There is a Tenant Portal in which residents can pay rent, request service, & renew their lease online; excellent!

You can manage work orders, create account notes, store documents and files. You can also connect with residents, create and store budgets as well as quickly find information
