The owners and tenants have their own online portal to pay online, submit maintenance requests and access documents. It has been a game changer for us.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Seriously, everything! We love receiving payments, making deposits, creating work orders (and receiving them from our tenants through their online portals). This is also a great software for storing all of our documents to each tenants account, which can be accessed online. It gives us the peace of mind knowing if something ever happened to our paper copies of different documents, we have them uploaded to AppFolio.
