What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? I like that the software is so easy to use. I never have any problems locating what I need to. Everything is fast and convenient. I have not had to experience any other property management software, but when I first started my journey with Appfolio it was easy to learn and understand. Overall, I would say this software can be used by beginners as well as experienced users.

What do you like best? AppFolio does a good job with the property management side. They are always making improvements to reduce our workload. There is a Tenant Portal in which residents can pay rent, request service, & renew their lease online; excellent!
