Constant improvements and Centralized

AppFolio has been an integral part in our success as a smaller property management company (<500 units). Having a centralized location for all information has been amazing for us as a company, our tenants and owners needs. As well, it is nice to work with a company that is constantly improving their product and taking feedback from its users to better improve their product.

AppFolio's service is exceptional and the company continuously improves what the user can do.

Superb Customer Service

As a bookkeeper, AppFolio is extremely easy to use, and their customer support is SUPERB! My only comment is that some of the functions could be more automated and less labor intensive. But, it is affordable, and we are very happy with AppFolio.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Appfolio streamlines there process from acquiring tenants to servicing them. The ability for tenants to self serve and our maintenance crew to respond saves us time and money.

When we signed with AppFolio we felt that it provided solutions to many of the issues were struggling with, but we have been pleasantly surprised by how many useful enhancements have been rolled out since we joined the team. We make it a point to participate in any and all beta tests we are invited to. I also cannot say enough about our support person, he is so helpful and responsive.
