What do you like best? We love the all in one structure of the full management of our properties. The ease of having so much information just a click away. From advertising, move in and move out the process is smooth. Customer service and the user community is all very helpful and knowledgeable. The added items of debt collection, online payments, and credit reporting are just round out the full experience of this great program.

What do you like best? I appreciate the integrated nature of the software. It has significantly streamlined my rental operation which grew very quickly from 16 units to 52 units. The time savings I was able to achieve allowed me to have the same workload before the software as after the software, and everything is in one place and mobile ready. This was huge, and the software is continuing to evolve and better serve my needs every week.
