What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Appfolio is the property management software I’ve found that is easiest to send resident notifications, late letters, renewal offers, etc.

Appfolio is terrible no one should use it
Charges $23 to pay with card and declines payments made with echeck so your rent ends up late and you get served eviction notices and $120 in returned check fees
