I love using Appfolio

I love using Appfolio. Yes some things could change but over all I love it!

5 star rating for a 5 star company.

I gave a 5 star rating because they are a 5 star company. AppFolio always moves forward to make your job easier. If they do not provide a certain service I guarantee they are working diligently on how to accommodate every company they sign up with them. The software has been the best thus far from any other company we had in the past. Software is extremely user friendly and the support team not only guides you they make sure you understand everything before you are done.

What do you like best? If I have an issue, I can start with a chat session and, if needed, have a case opened for me.

Nothing is as promised. We still need help after leaving 20 voicemails with no response.

I'm pretty disappointed. We transitioned to appfolio a few months ago. We were promised to have all the support we need - it's been a nightmare since we switched and communication has been horrible. A few months in, we've spent countless hours trying to use incorrect instructions from appfolio. This month we've been requesting a support call to fix errors since the 10th. What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? The software, for the most part, is very easy to use. There are multiple ways to document information and keep up with the work you are doing. The software in and of itself is a wonderful fit for a busy property management company.
