5 star rating for a 5 star company.
I gave a 5 star rating because they are a 5 star company. AppFolio always moves forward to make your job easier. If they do not provide a certain service I guarantee they are working diligently on how to accommodate every company they sign up with them. The software has been the best thus far from any other company we had in the past. Software is extremely user friendly and the support team not only guides you they make sure you understand everything before you are done.

When I found out that Appfolio was initially created to organize files for law offices, I thought that explained a lot of the issues I had with it. It is very good at organizing people, files, and data, but some of the property management specific tasks give it trouble. There are a lot of tasks, especially involving lease renewals that take a very long time, and things I would expect to auto-populate like late fees, or changes in parking rent, need to be entered manually.
