Very good product
Very good product. Pricey for small operators like us. Some activities are way over complicated due to the target audience being much larger multi-property, multi-owner operations, which we are not. When you leave a well thought out suggestion for improvement and you never hear anything back, you feel slighted. Most support requests are promptly responded to. Could not do my job without this or a similar product. Have not priced a competitor since going with Appfolio.

After only a few years of using…
After only a few years of using AppFolio, we cannot imagine how we could have sustained and scaled our growing rental portfolio. We are always learning new things we can do with the software and love the system upgrades that we see happening every month. Thank you AppFolio!

Software works well, but support staff have disappointed us multiple times
Software works well, but if you have a question and need support from appfolio staff they are not timely..... and of course when you need them its usually when your trying to provide a report by a deadline, pay an owner by a deadline or assist a tenant by a deadline. These types of things cant wait weeks and at year end I heard so many excuses when I would actually get a call it was very frustrating. I have been using Appfolio as a tenant…
I have been using Appfolio as a tenant since 2014 and as a bookeeper since 2018. It is very user friendly and as a bookkeeper, I really like how it flows and they are always improving ways to make it work better for the user.

The support is awesome
The support is awesome. During Covid the response time has been very timely and staff is very knowledgeable and patient. We have been on the system for 5 1/2 years and continually are learning new aspects of the system. The conversion could've been more in depth as we have seen many issues over the past 3 years with set up and data that was converted over incorrectly. I am firm believer in taking extra time on the front end to avoid issues later. We are managing through the issues and ...
