What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? I like that all of our associations are consolidated in 1 area and are easily accessed in 1 sign on, vs signing in and out of many different Quickbooks files. I also use and love the Smart Bill feature.

What an absolute sh-t company
What an absolute sh-t company! My credit score is almost 800 and these a$$holes gave me 641!!! I have never ever had a credit score in 600s!!! I am moving to a new area and unfortunately, the management companies there are using this scam company to screen their tenants. I have rented only 2 houses in the last 7 years and I have never ever had a problem, but I am unable to rent a house in this new area because of them. They have these made up things such as "too many landlord inquiries" ...

Cannot be beat
I have been a superuser for the well known big boy software companies and happened upon Appfolio in 2017 and love it way more than the others! The ease of use, constant improvements and wonderful support staff cannot be matched by anyone else.
