Great Property Management Software!

I have been using this program for over 4 years and absolutely love it! Love the fact that they are constantly updating the program to evolve with the needs.

I have not had problems with AppFolio…until now

I have not had problems with AppFolio or it’s customer service but recently, I have had to follow up with requests for help after waiting for nearly a week for an answer. (which I still do not have) This is unacceptable no matter what time of year it happens to be (I am aware that currently, companies are in the full swing of 1099s and more than likely the reps are being bombarded with help requests but just like any other day of the year, clients have everyday problems that need resolution ...

It's not user friendly

AppFolio Property Manager has been a work in progress. It was a tough transition (as most are) from our old software. Assistance was both good and not so good at the beginning. Some of that was due to ever changing AF support personnel, some of it was self inflicted. I really love the way R&D is willing to keep putting new ideas and processes on the roadmap. Enjoy the users group, and the notification of new enhancements. Looking forward to 2021, as I am certain everyone is.

AppFolio is a very effective system that provides a significant wealth of data storage capability designed specifically for real property management companies with great ease of navigation for those with minimally moderate levels of experience. At the Novice level, it may be somewhat daunting. However, assistance has increasingly become readily available. AppFolio has become my primary tool to effectively manage my business. Thank-you.

I love all of the features and capabilities. But, I am having an issue concerning work orders. I can Mark Job done on all of the completed ones for the week on a Friday. However, on Monday, I will have some pop up that was completed on Friday to close out that was not showing.

Appfolio has totally made it possible for us to expand our business. However, I can't give it 5 stars because as a small business we felt overlooked. When we asked that the county be included in the address line so that counties could be added to the lease and demand notices (A Colorado State Requirement for all legal documents) we were told it wasn't a priority.

PROS: Appfolio offers great set of features and I really like the one that it allows me to send message to the tenants and owners through this system. It saves me lot of time when sending them messages because we have lot of phone calls and we spent lot of time while on the phone. Also, they offer courses and seminars about this system and how you can use it to its fullest.
