AppFolio is Great for New Hires
AppFolio is easy to use, they provide excellent training videos, for new hires and support for clients. We actually have each new hire, no matter the role, review AppFolio Basics training videos.

Work ORders
I wish when printing the work orders it would show how much time was spent on the job, the employees name and date of work. When viewing the work order the WO# should also be listed in the body of the WO so you dont have to scroll up to the top to see what WO you are working on.

I'm an accountant who uses the Appfolio program one of the Property Manager uses and I find it to be really easy and user friendly to pull all of the accounting reports I need.
