Dont Waste Your Time

If I could give zero stars then I would. AppFolio is getting worse and worse by the day. Dont bother folks, to save yourself you should find another software. There is no support at all. I have an accounting issue that I can not resolve on my own. Today is the 20th and I still have not paid the property owner.

AppFolio is becoming what Yardi was 10 years ago

AppFolio is falling into the same trap that happened with Yardi over a decade ago. Their customer base has become so large that their personal service is lacking to the point that emails are not returned and concerns go unanswered. I give you less than 5 years before another company starts to take significant market share away if things don't change. From the overall in charge of operations

PROS: I liked the way they adjusted to the industry of managing properties. It has made it much convenient to use system. The whole functionality, and the way these certain tools have been incorporated from the prospect and moving out, makes a smooth workflow possible. They have tools, videos, and self-help training available in real time.

Appfolio helps from the beginning with marketing the property, to qualifying prospective tenants, to working with our maintenance team, answering maintenance calls at nights/weekends/holidays, providing EXCELLENT customer service for any question/problem that we might encounter. Switched back to Appfolio

PROS: Convenient and very quick to use. They have updates more often since then. CONS: Important stuff that should be there aren't available. I hope that they'll add it onto the system soon.
