Enable New Bank Account, Different Bank

I really need to get in contact with a person or a live chat and have been unable to do so. DMD Properties LLC, Willow Run. I have asked to have a bank account enabled and it is still pending. This is an accounting nightmare at the first of the month. The apartment program is great, but if I have a problem, that I cannot solve, it is impossible to get help a live person. I planned on writing a long scathing review of this company, but I don't want to spend any more time on this. It is truly the worst experience of my real estate career... and that is saying a lot. It was a mess from the beginning. Their support is practically non-existent. My books were screwed up for over 4 months. No help for previous clients

I was a previous, long term client of AppFolio, even converting a second company over to their system when I changed companies but now that I am no longer a current customer they will not return calls or get back to me on the simplest request! I absolutely hate how you cannot reach a live person no matter what methods you try. If you have a question of any kind you will sit on hold for LONG periods and eventually be forced to leave a voicemail which will never be returned. Same with emails, ...

i have had the same issue 3 years this…

i have had the same issue 3 years this app is a joke they mark the issue as solved when you log back in also they want to remove the auto pay system as a disabled person this would make rent payments a real problem considering that i get paid the last day i can pay without a penalty what happens if i get sick or cannot get to a bank that day what then the portal is a joke its laughable the service you dont get

Simple to use

PROS: The app for smartphone. It has enabled me to have access anywhere. CONS: It'd be great to be able to insert an attachment when sending a bill straight to the owner of the property.
