What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Appfolio helped us move all of our tenants to an online communication and payment system, which has saved us a ton of time and money. They are continually updating and making improvements to the platform to meets their customers needs.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Very intuitive software. A lot of training was provided, but our team was able to figure most of it out on our own. Very robust features. When comparing to other similar softwares, it had the most features (accounting, communications, compliance, ARB, maintenance.)

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? The customer service they provide is beneficial. They are quick to get back to you about any issue you might be having. The thought of everything about property management when they designed this program. We use the program in every facet of our business, submitting Accounting reports to our Owners to maintenance for our tenants. The upgrades and updates are almost always helpful for how we do business.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Appfolio has okay SMS tools for communicating directly with tenants and vendors. Having these SMS and emailing options within one place makes consolidating information easy!
