What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Automated reporting helps us utilize other efficiencies such as Zapier. Also help us serve our clients better without addition resources required. We were previously a Buildium customer and made the change to Appfolio almost solely based on this functionality. Appfolio also does a good job with fund accounting which Buildium did not have anything to solve.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Ease of usage and constant improvements on the Accounting Features... Aside from the integration from property onboarding to leasing the property, to work orders, to accounting, communications between the tenants and owners, up until disbursements/distributions. Even inspections are available. It's amazing!
