What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Automated reporting helps us utilize other efficiencies such as Zapier. Also help us serve our clients better without addition resources required. We were previously a Buildium customer and made the change to Appfolio almost solely based on this functionality. Appfolio also does a good job with fund accounting which Buildium did not have anything to solve.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Appfolio Plus support is far and away the best, most responsive support team I've worked with in any software. I also love how much work they're putting into adding features and updating the software to make a better user experience.

Aside from the integration from property onboarding to leasing the property, to work orders, to accounting, communications between the tenants and owners, up until disbursements/distributions. Even inspections are available. It's amazing!
