What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Appfolio is easy to use, well organized, and has all of the tools you need to properly manage a portfolio. There is room for improvement, but the Appfolio team has created a system for suggestions and rolls out new features based on those suggestions. Appfolio asks for feedback once they are rolled out and tries to take everyone's opinion into consideration. The team is also very responsive via email regarding questions or concerns.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Appfolio makes managing easy. The mass email/letter function is great. Leases are a breeze to do and applications are easy to process.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Easy to use, houses a lot of data, good reporting feature. Also, AppFolio staff are willing to jump on a phone call or schedule a Zoom meeting to discuss issues, troubleshoot, etc.
