We have been using AppFolio since January 2021. The program is constantly being updated with significant enhancements and new features. I believe this is indisputably the best property management software available and it keeps getting better!

They listen to our suggestions!
I like that they take our suggestions seriously. They are constantly updating the application to make it easier for us to use. I appreciate the fluidity of the application and that we can use it for most everything we are trying to accomplish.
