"Better for HOA or apartment managers - less useful for SFR management."
What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Very useful mobile app for both PMs and tenants. Easy to pay bills and charge tenants, if necessary. Good end-of-year reporting. Logical workflows for tasks like moving tenants in and out, ending management of properties, etc.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? I love the messaging and how my bosses and coworkers can see all the conversations and respond to them. i love the accounting features being able to download ledgers and export reports to excel is golden.
