What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? With a complex system like AppFolio and with the many things it helps me with everyday, the best think I like about Appfolio is the Customer service. A lot of times I want to do something but don't know how and it takes me a few minutes to have a tech walk me through it. It's amazing. I don't have to wait on the phone for hours and I never get someone that doesn't know how to solve my problem.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? As a manager that started with LEDGERS, that is my favorite part. The calculations are not a big part of my day anymore. We've started using more functions now and it is just fabulous.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? The ability to get around in the database, find answers quickly, and efficiently manage over 1,000 doors. The help section has many videos and FAQ's to answer questions quickly.
