Same issue as the people below

Same issue as the people below. They locked my account due "unusual activity" and they gave a number that is not working 866-221-3560. I could open a help ticket entering to the account through my desktop, but now the blocked that too. The problem that I see is how you can prove you have certain money if they block you out. Cancelling my account ASAP.

Great for long term investing with ETF…

Great for long term investing with ETF ‘s. Set your risk level from low to high risk investing. Invest a little or a lot. Even invest in a Roth IRA. You can also open investment accounts for your children until they turn 18. Acorns is for investing, not for trading.

SCAM. Referred seven friends, set the app up for them by clicking my link, downloading and attaching their account. four weeks later,no $1000 bonus for a myriad of reasons. First someone didnt verify, then someone didnt add money (even though I had screenshots of all the accts and that i could withdraw money), and now one didnt use my LINK. Bull! I SENT THE LINKI AND DOWNLOADED IT FOR ALL OF THEM. How would they have heard of acorns when these people have no idea what it is just that I was ...

Really conditions need to be put in…

Really conditions need to be put in place against evil companies like this who look legit and professional. I honestly don't know what I would have become if Buzzerbugs .tech didn't help me recover. They will lock your account for no reason and ask you to pay more money to access your money. It is insane. Every time you send money, they ask you for more. I have every conversation detail with them and all they wanted was more money.

I've been with Acorns for years

I've been with Acorns for years, I noticed my account was locked for security. I provided last 4 of my ssn, DOB, phone number, voided check, address then I called in because they asked me to, I gave them the same information. I spoke to a man who then asked for my complete bank statements. I've been hacked and had identity theft before i asked what else can i provide he said he'd get back with me. NO call or email back. I'm suppose to send my bank statements to a complete stranger. What ...

Ads, fleecing, and fees…

Acorns is continually pushing their other, useless products and hiking rates while offering nothing in return. The latest cash grab to $3 a month for the exact product that was $1 while crying about needing money ignores the profits they make holding and timing trades to profits off shorts before posting your deposit into your account. Nothing like ads and deceptive practices on top of whiny, entitled staff.
