Great for helping beginners invest in their future (not so great if you just want to make a quick buck)

Most of the negative reviews on here seem to follow the general theme of "I downloaded the app because they offered me a $1,000 if I got 5 family/friends to join but..."I will say right off, if you're only joining this app to make a bunch of money real quick, this app is not for you. In fact, investing is probably not for you. You would probably be better off spending your time at the casino. Can't rate them well!!!

Can't rate them well!!!. Acorns are the worst company to have financial transaction with, after having deposited with Acorns account I was logged out of my account. I tried severally to contact support but they failed also sent my personal information, ( SSN, DOB and phone number). Thank God for a friend who introduced me to another legitimate trading platform I would be dead by now. Don.t tranasact with Acorns!!!.

Acorns is legit. Promotions are real. Highly recommend this useful app!

I have recommended over 25 people now to this app and I stand by it! The app does what it claims to do - it makes you money! I have already made almost $10 off of it with literally no work whatsoever! I also got the $600 promotion as you can see from the screenshot below. They have really great promotions for signing up friends and family! I also just did another promotion that they had where for getting 5 people to sign up I got $1,000! Thomas Edision can't help some

These people writing reviews claiming "scam" or "locked account" recently are superbly uninformed and not reading up on what really happened but instead are knee-jerk with an emphasis on jerk reacting to something they can and should clearly read about before posting. These people shouldn't be investing anyway. No DD, no research, no questions asked just blast out trash biased reviews from the outrage factory.

WARNING! Get Your Money OUT!

I have loved Acorns for years. An easy way to invest a few bucks (or a lot), in a painless way. You can also set up a Spend account with a Debit card for everyday purchases. Great.For reasons unknown, they sent me a threatening email, telling me that they were going to LOCK up my money and investments.
