What is MCP Server?
What does 'MCP Server' mean?
An interface built on the Model Context Protocol, an open standard that lets AI assistants read data and take actions in an external system through a defined set of tools. Exposing a business application this way means an assistant can look up records, create them, or run reports in that application without a bespoke integration being written for each AI product.
