What does 'Agency Portal' mean?
A separate, restricted workspace in an applicant tracking system for external recruitment agencies. Agencies log in to see the roles they have been assigned, submit candidates, and track the progress of their own submissions, without seeing the rest of the pipeline or other agencies' candidates. It also gives the hiring company a record of who submitted whom, which matters for fees and duplicate claims.
