Better than Skype but still a long way to go

What do you like best? It works quite well in India. The audio, video quality is good. What do you dislike? Our interactions with people outside India through Zoom are often marred poor audio and video quality. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer calls, product demos and investor calls. Better than Skype or Google Hangouts.

No meeting software is perfect, but Zoom is pretty close

The fact that everyone can contribute to the meeting, share their screen, and the meeting facilitator can record the meeting and share the recording with participants for reference. Perfect for Team Meetings

What do you like best? Zoom is great for teams. I use it for a weekly team meeting with my business partners. You are able to see and hear everyone clearly and the great thing is that they don't even need to be home since there is a mobile app people can be on their phones or I pads where ever they are.
