Great for meetings
What do you like best? I use zoom for both my full time business and my side business. It's amazing for keeping communication with your team without having to purchase a crazy expensive, hard to use software that many people don't know how to use. What do you dislike? I have not found anything I dislike about the app yet. I have been using it for less than a year so I have liked everything so far. Zoom is Great!
What do you like best? I like the recording feature so that you can send the link to others that can't attend your meetings. The interface is very user friendly, and I also like the whiteboard feature when you share your screen, so you can draw or add text while you're in a meeting. This is also easy to share with others that are outside of your organization if you need to have collaboration meetings too! What do you dislike? Nothing yet, this is so easy and fun to use. If I find ...

What do you like best? I like the ease of use and strong integration with gmail. It is great that I do not have to walk customers through how to use zoom when it comes to jumping into a conference. What do you dislike? There is not much I dislike about the product. One thing that I think could be improved is the video always jumping on when I start up on my laptop. I like to avoid the camera as much as possible. Recommendations to others considering the product Get it! No passwords ...

Excellent tool
What do you like best? I really like that fact we can have a decent screen share and talk about the subject in hand. I even have control of my screen to a participant today which was excellent. What do you dislike? If your participants are not very IT literate, it may take a while for them to get on the call, would like it to be more upfront regarding how to join. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This tool helps us ...
