Powerful, inexpensive!
What do you like best? It's mostly intuitive, clean interface, very rarely does it malfunction and cause dropped calls or poor video quality. What do you dislike? I would like it to be a bit more intuitive; sometimes the customers I work with need to know how to use it right away and there's a little bit of a learning curve. But they pick it up pretty quick. Recommendations to others considering the product If you bring someone into your meeting to host a presentation with you, you ...

Dependable and convenient
What do you like best? Zoom is there when I need it. The quality of calls is high, and I like the options for screen sharing and video. What do you dislike? There's nothing I dislike about zoom. Strange that this field is asking me to add more words. I guess that it would be good if I could give control of my screen to a participant but I don't need that. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Client meetings across the miles are a ...
