Simple is best

What do you like best? Zoom integrates with Google calendar and chrome browser making it super easy to schedule a conference and share with others. What do you dislike? In large parties as people join or leave a call the notification noise can become annoying. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use zoom on business calls with potential customers and also internal calls and webinars.

Zoom is great, could be perfect with minor improvements.

What do you like best? Ease of use! Simple to set up and send invitation links. What do you dislike? Connectivity. I have held 18 meetings with Zoom, and 2 of them started 30 minutes late due to connection issues. This was resolved by creating a new meeting room. Great for Telecommuting to Meetings

What do you like best? I like best that it is so easy to use. You can just send a link to someone and then they can join a video conference. What do you dislike? I dislike that sometimes the audio is not the greatest quality. Also, when multiple people try and talk there can be issues with whose voice is heard. What do you like best? Zoom is awesome because it allows you to video chat multiple different people all at the same time. It is much much better to be able to do video calls instead of just regular calls because you can catch all the non-verbal communication. What do you dislike?
