What do you like best? I have had fewer interruptions or problems using Zoom than any other video conference system What do you dislike? The user interface is not always great. I'd like to be able to arrange the views I see on screen when there are several participants. But overall, not a big deal. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I like that zoom is free and user friendly. What do you dislike? What I dislike is that you cannot have more than one meeting scheduled at the same time. I tend to schedule meetings for others and have them listed as assignee and you cannot have more than one meeting going at the same time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use this for both internal and external meetings. The camera is also a nice feature.
