What do you like best? Rooms are private and easy to set up. Clear picture and audio. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that you can mute and close your camera but still be a part of the conference What do you dislike? the screens are so tiny on top that is it hard to see who is in the meeting. What do you like best? Zoom works well in spotty wifi and I've never had a dropped call. I use to daily for software on boarding and previously in online classrooms. What do you dislike? Setting up the microphone could be simplified and sometimes setup is difficult for less tech savvy customers. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
