Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Rock solid performance…always.
What do you like best? Zoom's ability to maintain high quality video content throughout an entire stream is my absolute favorite feature. What do you dislike? I sometimes feel the software is too clunky UI-wise and could use an upgrade. Recommendations to others considering the product Learn the interface before your first meeting. This will make you much more comfortable once a real meeting has started. Also confirm that your camera and microphone are working as expected. I've had ...

Zoom Review
What do you like best? I have a Networking Startup in Silicon Valley called The Kolegraff Venture Capital Network. Located currently in Santa Clara, CA - I often have clients overseas and must use teleconferencing, because a phone connection is not always available. I am very pleased to report that Zoom seems to work the best - I can schedule a broadcast using Google Calendar and find it very useful. What do you dislike? I don't like the speed of the connection. This could be solved by ...

Zoom is better than a telephone, social Media, and you can hold a family reunion for FREE!
What do you like best? I have been a Zoom user since June 2016, and have attended many meeting with people all around the world. One meeting we had 93 in attendance with the 2018 World Champion of Public Speaking, Ramona. The reception was great and her interaction with her audience equally so. What do you dislike? I would like to see that the Host or their designee could control what the recording is seen not just the speaker view or the gallery view. And to have some built-in visual ...

Security, information backup and good communication are synonymous with Zoom.
What do you like best? Zoom is my backup at work. The role we play in our company is strategic and of great corporate interest, however, these functions are performed in the interior of my country, far from the headquarters of my company. Daily I must report to my bosses, administrators, oil technicians and logistic, the data that goes throwing the extraction and distribution of LPG Gas in the east of my country, and this I manage to do it live thanks to Zoom; a very comfortable and ...

Great for video conferences
What do you like best? That you can connect with alot of people at the same time and give presentations. It is like Skype but with multiple people. You can have a meeting at the comfort of your home. What do you dislike? I don't dislike anything. It's a great app and you have the option of turning on or off the camera, text or voice call for questions. Recommendations to others considering the product It's pretty easy to use. Just sign up if you want to host a meeting. What ...

Easy to use
What do you like best? You can view the people who are you talking with, speak to them and above all, share and modify documents on line. What do you dislike? Sometimes the sound is not good enough, and if too many people are connected, sometimes you have to deactivate your video not to interfere. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I meet with people all around the world, otherwise it would be very difficult and expensive.

The quality of video, screen sharing and voice is very good. What do you dislike? Time it takes to load rogramme in first place and problems I occasionally get with clients who find they have confilicts. Would like a troubleshooting link on dashboard please... Consistent experience
What do you like best? I like that there is a simple easy entrance into any meeting. Sharing, mute and video are all easy to see and easy to manipulate. Very rarely are their issues with audio, video or sharing. What do you dislike? Sometimes there is slight, very slight, what I would call 'warble' in the audio. This, most of the time is due to internet instability. Recommendations to others considering the product At the very least give it a test drive against your specific use ...
