Zoom as a corporate communication platform
What do you like best? Zoom is a web communication service that allows you to make online calls and virtual meetings. The aspect I like most about Zoom is its easy use. Very intuitive When you register on the Zoom web platform, you receive a unique ID through which other users can contact you. At the time of making an online meeting, you share the link to which you want your interlocutor to connect, the guest accepts and ready! It's as simple as you read it. Unlike other ...

Easy to Self-Manage, But Tech Support is quick to Blame when Flames Arise
What do you like best? The ability to 'build' and manage your admin controls prior to launching your meeting. What do you dislike? Technical support. I proactively sought a solution prior to launching my meeting, was assured that Zoom was capable of multiple channels of meeting entries (virtual, in-house via audio hub and yet it all failed when we were live the next day. Once the unique ID was assigned to our meeting for users to dial in, the number failed and Tech Support suggested ...

Video conferencing for all

The only thing I dislike is that there isn’t an easy way to “chat” with other viewers while listening into the conference call. What business problems are you solving with the product?
