Zoom - Last alphabetically, first for my trusted video apps!

What do you like best? We love the flexibility and countless options to tweak. What do you dislike? The only piece of negative feedback I get is that fact that a download is needed for first-time users. Recommendations to others considering the product Try it out, play with the settings What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zoom allows us to do 2 crucial things, meet with our team and clients no matter where they are in the ...

Fantastic Product!

What do you like best? Zoom is very user friendly, easy to use, easy to troubleshoot but not often needed. easy to connect multiple users and the host need not be present to get things moving along. Biggest plus so far. Able to speak and turn off camera and it still displays your name. What do you dislike? The platform only allows 40 minutes for more than two participants on free accounts, however this will not be an issue for most businesses. Can be hard to view self after you turn ...

Extremely intuitive video conferencing software

What do you like best? Zoom is extremely intuitive to set up and schedule; I've never experienced technical difficulties. Dial-in is straightforward. Screensharing is convenient. A lot of our business partners also use Zoom, so there is no need for them to download or acclimate to different softwares. The dial-in option is also convenient for those traveling/on the road with less bandwidth. What do you dislike? Can't disable webcam when using via conferencing hardware. ...

User-friendly with some issues - but overall one of the best tools in the field

What do you like best? I am very glad my organization made the move to Zoom. Scheduling meetings and sharing invitation info is quick and easy, or I can use my personalized meeting number. I have used Zoom for individual and group meetings and in a classroom setting. Sharing files and screensharing is very easy, and overall the user interface is simple. What do you dislike? Recording can be a pain if you're not sure who the host is (even after selecting the "enable join before host" ...

A little learning curve but overall easy to use.

What do you like best? The simple interface. Not a lot of bells and whistles. What do you dislike? There was a slight learning curve, trying to figure out screen sharing and such. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it for our webinars. It is easy to track the registrants and easy enough for first time users. None of our registrants have issues when viewing the webinar.

Easy Video Conferencing!

What do you like best? Zoom is an incredibly easy, user-friendly app for scheduling and attending video conference sessions. I love that it's easily integrated into my Google Calendar, and joining a meeting is as easy as the click of a button. What do you dislike? It would be great to have an in-app way to reach participants if they are not "on time" for the call! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As an educator, Zoom is great ...
