What do you like best? Zoom is super user-friendly and much higher quality than many of the other online, video chat platforms I have ever used. Additionally, the support when using Zoom is incredibly helpful, easy to access and has helped solve issues for me quickly. What do you like best? Very easy to use and quick to access to have conferences with coworkers when you aren't on location with them all the time. What do you dislike? I have had dropouts in connectivity maybe once or twice, but it has never been a major issue. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Easy to set up and learn without much training. Great with screen share, recording is easy for webinars. What do you dislike?
