Are you using Zoom?
Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

A Videoconferencing tool Without the Drawbacks of Videoconferencing
What do you like best? The platform is so light, I've had five or six people linked through laptops working from home, with no loss of quality. The dashboard is so easy to understand, and scheduling is idiot-proof! What do you dislike? I really cannot think of a single thing I dislike about Zoom. Sorry! Recommendations to others considering the product Try it. Sharing the screen, chatting, everything you need from videoconferencing is built in. Plus, there is no loss of quality when ...

Zoom for meetings
What do you like best? I love that there is no minimum on how many people can attend. The features are easy to use as far as sharing screens, passing roles, whether or not you want to be on video or just use the audio and meetings can be recorded. This has also been a great tool for training new employees since we are not in an office. We are able to share screens and controls and navigate software during training to help new employees learn the software that they will be working in. Zoom ...

An answer to the traditional problems of video conferencing
What do you like best? Every time I used Zoom with a client, I was so impressed with how many ways someone could connect reliably to the call/video conference. In the past, the only web video conferencing I did, so many times, users couldn't get on if there were too many people (which sometimes seemed to be arbitrary, or couldn't hear or see. If one mode doesn't work, you can easily roll into another means of connecting to the call. What do you dislike? It can still be unreliable if ...

Zoom works every time
What do you like best? I think Zoom is the best video meeting software out there. It is easy to use, provides consistent quality, and more! What do you dislike? The button for leaving the meetings is in an awkward place. I would prefer it to be easier to find. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving all of our geographical issues. We are a remote team and thanks to Zoom we can actually talk.

ZOOOOM your way through meetings
What do you like best? I enjoy the ease of using this software. I can connect with others in different states or cities for business-related meetings. We can share our screen to teach each other how to use other software and do our jobs more efficiently. What do you dislike? I dislike that sometimes when on an audio call with Zoom it can echo badly. I have learned you have to disconnect the mic on the video conferencing and audio so that both aren't on at the same time. What business ...

Far better than Web-Ex
What do you like best? This meeting tool has a clear user interface, and our customers can easily find their meeting and get started, in stead of having to search for which buttons to click. So far it has not let us down when it comes to our needs in a meeting tool. What do you dislike? I'm missing a clearer highlight of the fact that I'm showing my screen, so I don't forget. Recommendations to others considering the product We haven't found a tool better suited to our needs. ...

It gets the job done better than most!
What do you like best? I like that it runs pretty quickly and the picture is fairly clear. It also opens quickly, even on an older computer. You're able to use it on Mac or Windows without an issue, and it usually logs right into the meeting you're attending. What do you dislike? You can't really run much while having it on the screen, nor is it necessarily easy to switch between Zoom and other items. Like any video app, you're at the mercy of others attending, and if they remember to ...

The ability to conduct interviews, team meetings over distance without worrying about the possibility ...

group videoconferences
What do you like best? It offers an excellent quality of videoconference in HD without cuts and with a better quality, in my opinion, than the other two alternatives, even in videoconferences with about 30 people. It has an intuitive and very easy to use desktop application that allows you to manage chats without problems What do you dislike? The videoconferences between two people with free, but, if you want to do group classes, you have to subscribe to one of their payment programs ...
