What do you like best? It worked! No technological glitches and easy to use. What do you dislike? Some delay between visual and audio. Had some problem with a participant not the administrator sharing her screen with those on call. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saved travel time. Because we could share material in real time it eliminated the need to be in the same room.

Only used it once, but absolutely love it!

What do you like best? Zoom offers great speaker view, which helps me see just what I need in a meeting. Great audio and video connection. What do you like best? Allows you to communicate with co workers and contractors on projects. Also, allows you to phone in if your computer does not have a mic. What do you dislike? Sometimes when you log into a meeting the app automatically has your video camera turned on and can be very annoying. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The videoconference service helps to work as a team, the meetings are quicker and simpler with zooming by sharing the screen and seeing each other in a grid. What do you like best? I like how I can share my screen wireless with colleagues who are apart of my hosted meeting. What do you dislike? Nothing at all, cannot seem to navigate a problem with Zoom. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to communicate with outside business partners without them having to meet face to face. It also alleviates the nervousness of responding back and forth with e-mail.
