Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

You can join a meeting in a million ways, and it always works
What do you like best? You can join using the app, a phone call, a laptop, a tablet, and even from the browser with no need for the app itself, oh and they can even call you to join It always works flawlessly, I've previously ran through problems with other e-meeting apps with lagging voice in call-in meetings, but not with zoom What do you dislike? I would love for the mute/unmute function in call-in meetings to work with a single key press. Currently you need to press *6 to do it. ...

Simple and secure!
What do you like best? We use Zoom for Telemedicine consults and require a HIPAA compliant medium. Zoom fits those needs and also has an extremely easy interface for us to quickly connect with patients who may not have used Zoom before. It is not only for healthcare of course, but works very well for business meetings, secure needs or otherwise, and allows for multiple users. I highly recommend upgrading to Pro, which is well worth the price and allows the users to have much more ...

Easy to use
What do you like best? I really enjoy the functionality of the program. I find it very easy to use and the opportunity to share my screen is really great. What do you dislike? I do not enjoy that the free account doesn't allow more than 40 min for 3+ ppl in the call. It is really annoying to have the call end and then get back in once it drops. Recommendations to others considering the product If they want to use the product for free it is best used when there are a 1 on 1 ...

Zoom is a great alternative to in-person meetings
What do you like best? Zoom is versatile and can be accessed from mobile or computer. It's easy to setup a free account and link up with people. I've used it for business meetings and MBA student meetings. Zoom is very easy to schedule a meeting and be the meeting facilitator. What do you dislike? Zoom only lets you book I believe by the hour and then you have to upgrade to access longer meeting times. It will boot you out I believe. The sound quality is slightly rough. ...

Intuitive video and screen sharing app
What do you like best? I enjoy the UI and how quick and easy it was to set up and use. The flexibility of the layout and the options available to host an online meeting make Zoom my preferred screen sharing app. What do you dislike? The popup control bar is 'always' in the way. It's easy to move but it would be better if it was less obtrusive, hidden behind an arrow in the corner. That may already be the case, I just have found it yet. What business problems are you solving with the ...
