What do you like best? We have used this product for video conferencing and it's a great way to have meetings online. In the past, we were users of a far less superior product and were constantly wasting time trying to get things set up. Now, we can set a meeting time and know that everyone will be able to attend the meeting and not experience any tech problems. What do you dislike? Valuable tool, connection issues

What do you like best? The video, audio connection, and the possibility to share screens, use a whiteboard and save the images What do you dislike? What do you like best? Zoom is great for collaboration and setting up webinars and seminars with colleagues and customers. A nice feature is screen-sharing and the fact you can have unlimited meetings. What do you dislike? Everyone needs to have it installed beforehand which has caused some hiccups. What do you like best? The ability to be able to chat with others from different countries. What do you dislike? It sometimes freezes causing a lag in the video.
