Breaking barriers
What do you like best? That we can have more than two persons connected at the same time. What do you dislike? Possibly the sound. The receiver has sometimes trouble to hear the other side. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have met with our financial coach and develope a friendship for more than two years. We have been able to learn and share information from the distance.

It’s a revolutionary video conferencing/ webinar tool.
What do you like best? It’s a convientient software that allows us to share files, host meetings ( both group and one on one . The screen sharing feature according to me was the best .its helpful whether you’re presenting a deck , walking someone through a product demo or turning on your computers camera. Love using Zoom to connect with my clients
What do you like best? I love how simple it is and easy to use. What do you dislike? MAC users can sometimes have trouble with the video if they use Facetime. Recommendations to others considering the product Great way to connect with others remotely and save driving time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easily connect with my client. Love the screen share so I can present concepts to my clients and provide training to them.

Makes remote support a cinch
What do you like best? The UX/UI is pretty clean. I have not had any problems supporting my customers and they find it easy to use as well. What do you dislike? I currently have one problem that does cause me to pull my hair. When sharing my desktop on Windows 10 and attempting to allow someone to control my VMWare workstation there seems to be some issue with keyboard input into the VM. Gets the job done
What do you like best? When Zoom is set up in our office’s meeting rooms, video conferencing is quick and convenient, easy to call people in our other office locations & external parties What do you dislike? Functional but lacks some useful features
What do you like best? It is easy to use; the ability to return to the same zoom "room" for weekly meetings What do you dislike? It lacks functionalities that would be useful like hand-raising and featuring documents without sharing the whole screen What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is very useful for cross-city team communication and consistent meetings

What do you like best? Zoom's basic features are FREE. I've used it for meetings and have yet to experience any technical problems such as any noticeable lag times. Their customer support is great as well. Recently I reached out to the billing department to get a courtesy refund for a service I was not using anymore and did not know it was still active - they got back to me in a couple days with a full refund! Easy to use with free limited users/time meetings available
What do you like best? Very simple interface allowing meetings to be scheduled ahead of time so others can accept them and add to work calendars. Screen sharing is also very straightforward. Perfect for presentations and tutorials within the work environment. The ability to send chat messages to the whole meeting room and individually is great! Easy and good
What do you like best? Easy to connect to a meeting and free for using it. It is quite good in video meetings. What do you dislike? Not many features in the application. Can add more features on this product. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Meetings are easier with people in other parts of the world.
