What do you like best? I love that Zoom can be used to have professional development meetings with people all over the world. Great except it removes itself at times.
What do you like best? It's very user friendly and allows collaboration with teams across the country. What do you dislike? It randomly disappears from my computer and I have to re-download it. Very versatile online meeting tool with good user interface
What do you like best? guests don't need to register their accounts to join the meeting. good for me to have online meeting with people from other countries What do you dislike? you have to download an app or a plugin to do the meeting, no web meeting feature What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? free international video conference call for a small group of people with each meeting less than 40 mins

Solid Video conferencing tool for businesses and sales
What do you like best? Easy to use platform with multiple integrations What do you dislike? I enjoy most features. Only thing is when joining with one click call, its very hard to determine who is speaking and how many others. What business problems are you solving with the product? Meets expectations and a reliable product
What do you like best? It's a clean, easy to use, very functional product. Love the Google Calendar extension for instant link into a new invitation. What do you dislike? There is a slight issue with the controls disappearing at times during my calls which would put me in a brief panic when I wanted to share or switch screens. However this could also be user error but I never figured out an easy way to avoid this so I attribute some of the blame to Zoom. Recommendations to others ...

Easy Video Conferencing (with integrations)
What do you like best? I do like the fact that anyone can access a meeting (if they've downloaded the software by simply clicking a link. This makes for easy alignment. What do you dislike? I do not like the occasional trip ups with audio that I've experienced over the years. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using Zoom to better connect employees throughout offices. Remote ones, too.

Zoom for Conferencing
What do you like best? Zoom is easy to use and connect with others for teleconferencing. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike about Zoom or its use. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? By conferencing with others via Zoom we are able to have virtual face to face meetings discussing problems and solutions. We are able to see the product and discuss it in realtime.

Efficient Meetings on the Go
What do you like best? You can dial in without using your real number ... I work on both private and public lines. What do you dislike? It seemed difficult to set up quickly before the first use. Definitely play with the app before using it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Multiple people who work across multiple states but need to meet in person to streamline business.
