Good product for large calls
What do you like best? I like that you can have many people in in the call and that it is user friendly. What do you dislike? I do not like that only one sound can be on during the call. Recommendations to others considering the product It is a good product to use especially for business purposes. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Curriculum development, hiring, staffing.

Zoom Zoom!
What do you like best? Zoom is super user friendly and easy to use on a tablet, computer and even on your cell phone! What do you dislike? It's hard to hear the other person on the other end. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zoom is mostly used for communication between personnel working in different states.

Great tool for video chatting international employees
What do you like best? I love how easy zoom makes thing for video chatting communication. Used it with our international employees What do you dislike? Haven’t came across anything I dislike yet. Zoom for SAAS Billing Company
What do you like best? The best thing about Zoom is the ease of use and integration with Slack. Staring a new meeting is incredibly simple with Slack shortcuts. Also, starting an ad-hoc meeting in a meeting room and have the room show as reserved automatically is very convenient. What do you dislike? Sometimes the quality of the stream can be choppy. What do you like best? Easy to connect with multiple people, sharing of documents etc.. What do you dislike? creating meeting is littler complicated and make it user freindly. What do you like best? The quality of communication is typically good and the software itself is fine once you are actually in a conference. What do you dislike? The process of setting up a conference and joining one can be difficult, requires multiple steps, and isn't the most user-friendly. Poor audio capabilities
What do you like best? The screen sharing capabilities of the product are very good What do you dislike? When there is a mix of attendees using dial-in and computer audio the audio levels are very different. The computer audio users are very loud, while dialin users are quiet. If you turn up the volume enough to hear a dialin attendee then you will blow your ears out when someone on computer audio speaks. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? - Sends recipients a webinar reminder and follow up email - Ability to keep guest list private What do you dislike? - Could use UI improvements - Send an email to the webinar owner of the video file instead of downloading immediately What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? - Great for hosting webinars on a smaller scale

What do you like best? When you can't meet in person, zoom is the way to go. A professional video conferencing platform that holds multiple people in a meeting. Rain or shine--you're meeting.
