Great e-meeting solution
What do you like best? A plethora of ways to join meetings, good sound quality with ability to record and flawless screen sharing features. The whole package is all you need for e-meetings. What do you dislike? It's nice that it automatically logs you in in muted mode on phone, but the way to un mute is a two-button operation, would've been ways nicer if it was only one button thing. Recommendations to others considering the product Stick with only one e-meeting solution, don't keep ...

Helpful features but Expect problems and delays the first time
What do you like best? Once Zoom is set up on everyone’s computer it works well. My favorite feature is the ability to request remote access of another user’s screen. This really makes a difference in being able to quickly help your team with a technical problem. I also like the ability to screen share AND display video of yourself at the same time. What do you dislike? Whenever I use zoom for the first time with a new team member they have difficulty. They have trouble (1 downloading ...

Video Conferencing Easier Than Ever!
What do you like best? You can easily learn how to use Zoom even if it is your first time! It has a simple interface, user-friendly, and self-explanatory. I've been invited to Zoom for a conference meeting and I had to figure it out in a short time, and I did it thanks to the user-friendliness of the Zoom. Since then I switched to Zoom. It is great to have all these features available even with a free account. I mostly use it to meet my committee members online. It gives you an awesome ...

Zoom is fantastic
What do you like best? That we can do conference calls and see everyone. What do you dislike? That everyone needs to be told to mute and that the noise disturbance is so loud. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have many offices that need to communicate and we can do this at a drop of a hat with zoom.
