In general, I prefer Zoom to WebEx
What do you like best? To the best of my memory, I preferred using the Zoom annotation feature when screen sharing to WebEx, which is what we currently use. The Zoom annotation features were perhaps less customizable, but they looked cleaner than what you can do on WebEx. Also, Zoom has a "breakout meeting" feature that I miss that we cannot currently use on our WebEx meetings. It was very convenient. What do you dislike? I liked everything about Zoom, but I know that the rumor was we ...

Zoom goes from Free personal accounts to expensive business accounts with no in-between. While we do have ...

Impressive feature ser
What do you like best? We recently upgrades our conference rooms with the "Zoom Room" servers and I have to admit that they're pretty slick. What do you dislike? Still bothered by the floating toolbar when driving presentations. It often gets in the way of buttons and needs to be dragged around. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I work remote and most of my meetings incorporate video and desktop sharing. Phone dial-in / ...
